Usage Condition: This Move sometimes activates after you tie with any move button.
Effect: Collect wind in your mouth, then shoot it at your opponent as a swirling horizontal tornado, blowing them away and crashing through a boulder!

It was only available in the Japanese version.

Other: It was created by Dr. Z and given to Rex. It was Ace's seventh and final new Move Card.

When first used by Ace, this Move involved creating a giant tornado and jumping up through it above the clouds, then shooting back down to the ground before collecting wind energy in his mouth. This excess action was never included in the animation after that and seems to have had no impact on its effect.
Artwork from one of its various arcade cards is seen on the TCG Move Card Rumbling Storm (Kaku 1st). The TCG Move Roaring Tempest, however, features Afrovenator using Sonic Blast in an image that has the same background location as Gekizan 1st Edition Move Cards even though Sonic Blast wasn't released until the next wave, possibly suggesting it was meant to be in the Geki 1st wave but for some reason wasn't.
