Trivia[]
- Despite only being used in two episodes, it was used many times (5 and 4, respectively) as opposed to the standard 1-2 for most wild dinosaurs' Moves, as the dinosaurs using Fire Cannon would casually shoot attacks in various directions on a whim due to its non-complex usage. It is therefore the most-used Move Card by non-main dinosaurs, with 9 uses.
- Other high usage non-main Moves ("before+3" for those in the Super Fusion Move) were Spike Arrows (4+3 by Stegosaurus), Mayfly (3+3 by Allosaurus, 1 by Majungasaurus), Emerald Garden (2+3 and an attempted 3rd in its debut by Fukuisaurus), Magma Blaster (2+3 by Saurophaganax, 3 by Torvosaurus), Aqua Vortex (2+3 by Ampelosaurus, 1 by Shunosaurus), Quake Saber (2 by Euoplocephalus, 2 by Tuojiangosaurus), Laser Ray (2+3 by Pachycephalosaurus), Gyro Claw (1+3 by Therizinosaurus), Spinning Attack (1+3 by Dr. Z's Deinonychus, 1 by Shear's Deinonychus), Zero G Throw (1+3 by Megalosaurus), Fire Bomb (3 by Daspletosaurus, 1 by Mapusaurus), and Hydro Cutter (4 by Genie). The record holder is Alpha Acrocanthosaurus' fire attack, with 13 uses (2 repeated in the cold open), but technically isn't a named Move Card.
- Although used multiple times, it has hit very few of its (non-immobile) targets, suggesting that it has somewhat low accuracy or at least is relatively easy to dodge.
- However, in the arcade, the fireball does not follow a straight path and in fact slows before curving down to hit the opponent, indicating an inherent targeting ability that should make it tough to dodge.
- Artwork from one of its various arcade cards is also seen on the TCG Move Card Mega Fireball (06 Rainy), and an altered version of another is seen on Steam Blast (06 4th).
- When a Fire Dinosaur is charging the fireball in the arcade, the camera's placement allows one to observe the head more closely.
- In the arcade, before the user raises its head, a Triceratops' roar is heard (even in the English version), no matter the user or opponent.
